• Check for uneven or sloping ground conditions. - Load can slip while being (un)loaded.
• Ensure their is adequate lighting and the weather conditions are suitable.
• Regularly check that the links on the chains have not been stretched, twisted, or are broken/bent.
• Ensure that all webbing straps are free from cuts, any damage to the seems, and have not been snagged.
• Ensure that the tilt tray truck is positioned in front of the equipment to be loaded
