Site Safety & Security

Before Commencing Demolition Work:
Ensure:
Development approval has been granted.
Approval has been granted from the owner to proceed.
Building owner has provided a building report of any contained asbestos materials
Review:
Existing plans (if available) to identify structural systems. If
plans are not available consult with a structural engineer.
Identify the plant and equipment to be used.
Identify:
Safe means of access and egress to the site and for adjoining buildings and areas such as common use parks.
Any possible environmental impacts from the demolition.
