The Work Undertaken in Private Residences Safe Work Method Statement
(SWMS) is a comprehensive 12 page procedure. This SWMS is intended as
guidance for employees required to go to a private residence to
undertake work (such as locksmiths, maintenance workers etc). No
employee should be sent to a site without communication devices (mobile
phone with service for the area, and if possible, GPS devices).
The Work Undertaken in Private Residences Work Method Statement (WMS) is
ready to use and is not a blank template. Simply add your company
details, ABN, and include any site specific details or risks and make it
specific to the task at hand. It is then ready for printing and to be
incorporated as part of your overall OHS System.
