- No leaks
- Guards in place and undamaged
- Controls labelled and working

- No misalignment or binding of moving parts
- Lock lever in place on cylindrical connector
- Hoses/couplings/vibrator head secured adequately
- Hoses undamaged, free of wear/tear
- Vibrator head/hose assembly suitable for make/model of unit
- Operator not fatigued or under influence of drugs/alcohol
- Hair tied back, no loose clothing or jewellery
- Operator able to handle vibratory force of unit
