Pre Operational Inspection:

Check all equipment. Ensure:

• Adjusters functional
• Chairs are undamaged, stable and secure (check wheels/casters, seats, backrests, arms as applicable)
• Flooring in good condition – matting is provided to assist movement of wheeled chairs (if required)
• Tools and equipment are in easy reach when seated
• Anti-glare screens are fitted (if required)
• Do not use furniture or equipment that is faulty, damaged or non-functioning. Remove fro service, report to supervisor immediately and follow tag-out/lock-out procedures.
