Asphalt Hot Mix Safe Work Method Statement:
The Hot Asphalt Mix Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) is a comprehensive 8 page procedure
This SWMS covers application of hot asphalt mix (between 140-200 degrees Celsius) to roads for smaller sized tasks (using a Flocon /truck of 8T capacity). It does not include major highway sealing works or roof spaying.
The Asphalt-hot mix procedure is ready to use and is not a blank template. Simply add your company details, ABN, and include any site specific details or risks and make it specific to the task at hand. It is then ready for printing and to be incorporated as part of your overall OHS System.
The Hot Asphalt Mix procedure can be used as part of your OHS inductions, for Tool box talks or tender applications.
