The purpose of the Reporting Policy is to give direction for nominated persons to provide feedback via reports submitted to Senior Management on selected OHS management system elements.
The Reporting Policy can be used as a stand-alone document or can be incorporated into your existing OHS Management System. It can be used as part of your OHS inductions, for Tool box talks or tender applications
