When Using Knives:
- Do not allow employees to bring their own knives to work.
- For kitchen type work use quality forged, well balanced knives.
- Confirm suitable belts/sheaths are supplied for employees who need to move around with knives. Example – Butchers
- The floor area is to be kept clean and clear of spills.
