When Loading/Unloading a Tilt Tray:
- Check for uneven or sloping ground conditions. - Load can slip while being (un)loaded.
- Ensure their is adequate lighting and the weather conditions are suitable.
- Regularly check that the links on the chains have not been stretched, twisted, or are broken/bent.
- Ensure that all webbing straps are free from cuts, any damage to the seems, and have not been snagged.
- Ensure that the tilt tray truck is positioned in front of the equipment to be loaded
