Tree Felling Safety Notes

Before Tree Felling:

  • A tree climber must be attached to the tree.
  • A ground worker must be in attendance.
  • Ladders must conform to the applicable provisions of AS 1892.
  • Equipment should be attached so no damage will be caused to the rope.
  • Timber under tention must be considered hazardous.
