Trench Work Safety Notes
When Working in a Trench:
- Slinging and movement of loads above workers will be prohibited.
- A secure cover is to be placed over the excavation after hours.
- On completion ensure the site is left in a tidy condition.
- Trench supports are required if seams, fissures, crevices, faults and mixed soil types are present.
