Contractor Management Policy
The Contractor Management Policy is a 1 page document outlining the company’s aim, and policy for managing all contractors and sub-contractors that come on the premises.
The policy allocates responsibilities to the Contract Manager, Site Manager and the Contractors.
The Contractor Management Policy can be used as a stand-alone document or can be incorporated into your existing OHS Management System. It can be used as part of your OHS inductions, for Tool box talks or tender applications
