When Operating a Tig Welder:
- All employees involved in the welding activities should be qualified Boilermakers/tradesmen and experienced trade assistants and labourers.
- Ensure cylinder is positioned vertically, restrained and protected from impact when transporting.
- Ensure MSDS is conveniently located during transit.
- Ensure that a trained first aid officer is always within the team involved in welding activities.
