WHS Management System
The Principal Contractor Construction Site Management Pack is a comprehensive document, which provides a method of stating how you, your workers, contractors and visitors are expected to behave when on Company property or performing Company related activities. As a Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) or responsible contractor, you are required by law to provide a "safe system of work". This means you need a method of communicating and implementing a way of working safely. The basis for this process begins with your Workplace Health & Safety Management System. Aligns with:
- Work Health and Safety Act & Regulations 2011
- Aligns with key elements from AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001
Health, Safety & Environmental Site Management Plan
Subcontractors are a critical section of the industry who can make a real difference to improving WHSE on building and construction sites. This plan outlines effective Subcontractor Site Management, particularly in relation to arrangements for WHS planning, inspections and most importantly, risk management. The plan also contains an environmental plan which assists businesses in actively working towards elimination and reduction of negative effects to the environment. This Health, Safety & Environmental Site Management Plan will assist in meeting work health and safety obligations under:
- The WHS Act & Regulations 2011
- Australian Government (1999): Commonwealth Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999
