The Health Safety and Environmental Coordination Plan contains on-site procedures for management of health, safety and environmental aspects for individual projects. The Coordination Plan includes essential information for persons on site to ensure health and safety as far as is reasonable and the protection of the environment. These include:

HSE Representatives and participation arrangements
Guides for solving issues
Site Safety Rules
Processes in place for hazard identification, risk assessment and controls, managing incidents, emergency response and review/monitoring procedures
