Operation Sequence:

  1. Position work piece
  2. Close the vise
  3. Rotate the cam lever at the hand wheel to secure the setting of the vise.
    • A long work piece must have proper support on both ends
  4. If mitreing, adjust the head accordingly and lock it in position. If making a mitred cut, check that the blade will not contact the rear vise jaw. If it will, loosen the screw on the rear vise jaw and slide the jaw so that it clears the path of the blade, then retighten screw
  5. Turn the power ON
  6. Select the blade speed
  7. Turn on coolant flow switch

WARNING: Do not use if there are missing or damaged parts, or missing guards. Report and tag out.
