This Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) provides an outlines of the job steps, generic hazard and controls associated with the operation for truck mounted vacuum services for industrial waste and liquid removal. This includes removal of liquid waste from septic tanks, storm water drains, industrial slurries or other forms of liquid waste. Included in this SWMS is the use of the truck, including prestart and operational use, traffic and pedestrian control, use of pressurised vacuum equipment and waste disposal.
