The time needed to implement ISO 9001 will vary from business to business. The time needed to implement a Quality Management System will depend greatly on the size of your business, amount of time and resources dedicated to the implementation, upper management buy in etc

No, the Quality Management System provided is not certified. What is does provide you with is the framework needed to obtain certification with ISO 9001:2015. The system must be implemented into the business for at least 2 months before a certification audit can take place.
SafetyCulture do not offer certification services. This will need to be performed by an external certification body, who will charge you for their services.
ISO recommends businesses consider the following when choosing a certification body:
Assess more than one certification body
Check if relevant CASCO standards are used by the certification body
Check if it is accredited, whilst not compulsory, accreditation can provide reassurance of the bodies competence.

Your purchased products will be emailed to you directly upon receipt of payment from our online store and normally takes no more than 30 minutes. For payments made via bank deposit, documents will be provided upon receipt of payment or upon the confirmation of payment from the SafetyCulture Account Department (Note: This can take up to 2 days). Should you have any issues receiving your documents our Customer Service Team is here to assist and can be reached on 1300 306 604 during business hours.
All our documents are emailed upon receipt of payment, in Microsoft Word format (MS Word), ready for you to download, save and edit as required. Note: You will need Microsoft Word installed on your computer to use any SafetyCulture template.
The Quality Management System that SafetyCulture provides is a generic document. As a result you will be required to customer the template to suit the needs of your business.
