New Zealand Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 2015
The Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) came into effect on 4 April 2016, with an aim to improve the poor workplace health and safety record of New Zealand, by reducing the injury and death toll by 25 per cent by 2020.
