Product Sample (Extract only)

  1. Obtain M/SDS for materials to be cut
  2. Obtain PPE (safety glasses / shields) hearing protection and remove all loose clothing, jewellery and securely tie back all long hair/beards
  3. Ensure there are no ignition sources:
    1.  Ignition sources include pilot lights, stoves, heaters, cigarettes, matches/lighters, grinding, welding, power points, lighting, light switches, radio transmitters, mobile phones, battery-powered forklifts etc.
  4. Prepare workpiece/s:
    1. The workpiece must be clamped rigidly during the operation
    2. Only process workpieces that can be safely placed on the machine and guided
    3. Carefully inspect workpieces for foreign matter, which might impair processing
    4. Support long work-pieces with additional surface equipment (e.g. Table extensions, Roll supports)
  5. Before starting work:
    1. Adjustments to the machine or tool replacement may only be conducted once the machine has stopped
    2. Tighten the saw blade and scoring blade clamping screws
